Piada Line Cook
As a Piada Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen — preparing authentic piada italian street food from scratch. You'll handcraft our signature rolled flatbreads, fresh sauces, and seasonal ingredients with speed, precision, and passion.
- 1+ year of kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistency
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Guest Experience Associate
Be the welcoming face of Piada Italian Street Food. You'll greet guests, take orders, maintain the dining area, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. This is a great entry point into the hospitality world with real growth potential.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a service-first attitude
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Shift Supervisor
Lead a high-energy team during peak service hours at our piada Italian location. As Shift Supervisor, you'll coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff, handle guest escalations, and uphold Piada's quality standards from open to close.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to motivate and guide team members
- ServSafe certification preferred
Restaurant General Manager
Drive the full operation of a Piada Italian Street Food location. The General Manager oversees hiring, training, inventory, P&L, and guest satisfaction while embodying the piada brand values daily. This is a leadership role with meaningful impact.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for food quality, hospitality, and the piada mission
Catering & Events Coordinator
Help bring piada italian street food to events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations throughout the United States. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate catering logistics, and ensure every off-site event reflects Piada's exceptional standard.
- Experience in event coordination or catering logistics
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel locally for events
